Motorcyclist dies in crash at busy Springfield intersection

Investigators say the motorcyclist was driving southbound on Campbell Avenue when a driver was on the exit ramp from James River Freeway turning right. The motorcyclist changed lanes and the driver did not see him, leading to the crash. The collision ejected the motorcyclist off of the motorcycle, hitting a second car. The motorcycle then slid and hit another car.
